Shipping Methods and Rates ships to all 50 U.S. States via ground service for a standard charge of $6.75. Expedited options are available. If you are a registered Indur Member and your order totals $125 or more, Indur will ship your order complimentary via ground service to the contiguous United States.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4 pm CST begin processing the next business day. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and up to 5 business days for shipping.

APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and International Shipping:

Orders can be shipped within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and to APO/FPO addresses. At this time, Indur does not ship to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories or to international addresses

APO/FPO Addresses:

Indur ships products to Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses. APO is used for Army and Air Force and FPO is used for Navy. Orders can be shipped to the following regions: AE (Armed Forces Europe): Recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa or the Middle East AA (Armed Forces Americas): Recipients stationed in the Americas AP (Armed Forces Pacific): Recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific Orders to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Military Ground and arrive in 30-45 days.

Shipping Confirmation:

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Damaged Products:
